Anchor Behavioral Health serves residents of the Hawaiian Islands needing psychiatric and mental health services. Specifically, we evaluate, diagnose and provide medication management in a 100% virtual environment. We are a nurse-led business and bring a holistic approach to our care. We believe everyone has a unique story and will walk alongside clients and their families on their journey to better mental health.
Angie Efstation Stanley PMHNP-BC
I am passionate about behavioral health- both personally and professionally. My superpower is building relationships and using empathy to meet with clients where they are. I believe medication management is part of a three-legged stool. When paired with therapy and self-care the most optimal outcomes can be achieved and the stool will be balanced.

Virtual Services
During initial intake, providers will visit with clients to understand their mental health history, current concerns, and goals of treatment. Providers and clients will work together to establish diagnoses using screening tools and discussion. As time goes on during the relationship, the provider and the client will frequently reevaluate symptoms and fine tune the clinical picture.
If medication is appropriate, the client, and the provider will collaborate to initiate, titrate, and maintain a regimen that improves the mental health picture. Symptom evaluation, laboratory testing, and discussion will help guide the team.
